The year is 1978, and three coworkers have finally had enough. Their boss is sexist, egotistical, dishonest, and utterly convinced the office cannot run without him — and he has spent years making sure all three women believe it too. Then one very unusual afternoon, fueled by frustration, a little “assistance,” and a shared fantasy they never expected to act on, the balance of power flips overnight. Suddenly the tyrant is otherwise occupied, the office is being run better than it ever has been, and three women who once merely survived the workday are now, however accidentally, in charge of it.
